  5 times they got it wrong. Over the course of a few months they cocked up every single order and on one occasion the delivery guy even forgot to take the pizza when he left the store!! Finally I rang to complain and the manager wouldn't even take the call and his minion wouldn't give me his name so no more using dominos for us!

  I tend to take advantage of the collection deal, meaning i can get a large pizza for only £8, pretty sweet deal right there! The pizza's themselves are lovely, and they are made pretty quickly.
  
  The only real downside i have with Dominoes is the fact that the tracker isn't amazing, after saying it's been put in the oven, it doesn't update after that, so you have to refresh it to find out if it's ready. Tends to be though that 10-15 minutes after it goes in the oven it will be ready to collect.

  I have had such good experiences in the past and have been hearing some bad stuff about them lately. Today I waited over an hour for my pizza and wedges. No phone call or anything to explain the wait. The wedges were very hard inside and dry. The pizza was over sauce and under cheesed and all of it was nearly cold. Not impressed. At least I can have some faith in my ice cream.. Maybe.
